WACO, Texas, Mar 02, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Life Partners Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ GS: LPHI), a leader in the life settlements industry, announced that the Audit Committee of its Board of Directors has engaged Ernst & Young LLP as the Company's new independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending February 28, 2010.
The Company does not anticipate the change in auditors will delay the filing of its annual report due on May 14, 2010.
